AFIT Pre-HND and HND Admission Form 2025/2026 Is Out

The Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), Kaduna, has started receiving applications for its Pre-HND and HND programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session. If you’re looking to move your National Diploma a step further, here’s your chance.

Courses Available

Higher National Diploma (HND)

  • Aircraft Engineering Technology (Airframe/Power Plant)
  • Aircraft Engineering Technology (Avionics)
  • Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology
  • Mechanical Engineering Technology (Manufacturing)
  • Explosive Ordinance Technology
  • Procurement and Supply Chain Management

Pre-HND

  • Aircraft Engineering Technology
  • Explosive Ordinance Technology
  • Procurement and Supply Chain Management

Who Can Apply?

For HND Programmes

To apply for the HND track, you need:

  • A National Diploma (ND) in a relevant field with at least a Lower Credit (2.50 CGPA or higher) from a recognised polytechnic.
  • At least one year of work experience in the same field.
  • Five O’Level credit passes, including English, Mathematics, and Physics.

For Procurement and Supply Chain Management, your ND should be in Business Administration and Management.

For Pre-HND Programmes

To qualify, you must have:

  • An ND (at least Lower Credit) in areas like Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • One year of related work experience.

How to Apply

Interested candidates should apply through the AFIT application portal.

Steps:

  1. Go to the portal and follow the instructions.
  2. Pay the non-refundable application fee of ₦10,000 online.
  3. Fill in your correct details and submit.
