BSUTH Specialty Programmes Admission Form 2025/2026

The College of Nursing Specialty Programmes at Benue State University Teaching Hospital (BSUTH), Makurdi Campus, is now selling admission forms for the 2025/2026 academic session. These courses train Registered Nurses for advanced roles in specialist fields.

Available programmes

• Nephrology Nursing – 12 months
• Ophthalmic Nursing – 12 months
• Mental Health / Psychiatry Nursing – 18 months

Check the entry requirements

To apply, you must meet all the following:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) certificate
• Have a current practising licence
• Have five credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, and Chemistry
  • Acceptable from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB
  • Maximum of two sittings
  • Combination of WAEC and NECO is allowed
• Have at least one year of post-qualification experience
• Show approval for full-time study from your employer

You can buy the form from the Office of the Registrar at BSUTH Makurdi. Bring a receipt for payment of:

• ₦20,000 (non-refundable)
• Pay into:

Know the full admission schedule

• Aptitude test and interview: Monday, 8th September 2025

• Lectures start: Monday, 10th November 2025
