Not everyone wants to wrestle with JAMB each year. If that’s you, then the JUPEB Foundation Programme might be your best bet. Christopher University, Mowe, is now selling its JUPEB admission forms for the 2025/2026 academic session.

JUPEB stands for Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board. It’s a national exam body that gives students a second door into university without going through JAMB again. Think of it as a fast lane to 200-level in your chosen degree course.

The Federal Government gave JUPEB the green light back in 2013, and by 2014, the University of Lagos and nine others kicked it off. Christopher University officially joined the league in 2017.

Since then, they’ve welcomed many students who wanted a clean break from JAMB stress.

Who Can Apply?

The door isn’t wide open for everyone. To qualify, you need:

• At least five credit passes in relevant subjects, including English.
• You can combine results from two sittings, but that’s where the line is drawn.

Once you complete the programme, you’ll be awarded a JUPEB certificate. That paper is your golden ticket to 200-level in Christopher University or any other JUPEB-affiliated school across Nigeria.

Programme Duration

How To Apply for Christopher University JUPEB Programme

It’s not rocket science. Here’s the simple breakdown.

Step 1: Pay the Fee

Head to any of the listed banks and pay ₦10,000 for the application form. Hold on to your payment slip. You’ll need it.

Step 2: Fill the Online Form

Go to the Christopher University JUPEB application portal and choose “JUPEB” as your programme. The site is mobile-friendly, but using a laptop might make things smoother.

Step 3: Upload Documents

• A clear colour passport photo on white background (recent, not older than 3 months).
• A sharp scan of your payment slip.

Step 4: Stay Alert

After submitting, keep an eye on your email. Use a working email and phone number when registering. Don’t dull, you gats get those updates.
