Foundation Poly Post UTME Form for 2025/2026 ND Admission

Foundation Polytechnic, Ikot Idem in Akwa Ibom, has begun accepting applications for full-time National Diploma (ND) courses for the 2025/2026 session. If you’ve written UTME and scored at least 130, this might be your next step.

ND Courses on Offer

You can apply to any of these ND programmes:

• Accountancy
• Business Administration and Management
• Public Administration
• Science Laboratory Technology
• Computer Science
• Statistics
• Electrical and Electronic Engineering
• Computer Engineering

Who Can Apply?

To be considered, you must:

• Have five O’level credits, including English and Maths, plus three other relevant subjects
• Score 130 or higher in the 2025 UTME
• Choose Foundation Polytechnic as your first choice in JAMB
• If you didn’t, you’ll need to change your choice on the JAMB portal

How to Apply

There are two ways to apply:

Online:

• Head to the application portal
• Fill out the form and follow the instructions

By SMS:

• Text your Full Name, JAMB Registration Number, Score, and Course of choice to 0706 809 2448
