LASU JUPEB Admission Form is Out 2025/2026
Lagos State University has opened applications for its 2025/2026 JUPEB programme starting in September 2025. The one-year course prepares candidates for direct entry into 200 level at JUPEB partner universities. See below for requirements, subject combinations, and how to apply before the September 19 deadline.
Lagos State University is rolling out the welcome mat again, this time for its School of Basic and Advanced Studies JUPEB programme. Come September 2025, the campus in Topo, Badagry will be buzzing with fresh faces chasing that leap straight into 200 level.
It is a one-year, no-nonsense setup — the kind that turns the right kind of focus into a direct ticket to degree programmes across JUPEB-affiliated universities.
Who Can Apply
Before you start eyeing that Direct Entry form, make sure you’re a fit for the seat:
- O’Level Credits: At least five, including English.
- If you’re eyeing Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Pharmacology, Agriculture, Sciences, Education, Social Sciences, Management Sciences or Engineering, you must have Maths in your credits.
- Awaiting results? Sorry, not accepted here.
- The names on your NIN, birth certificate, and O’Level must match exactly.
If you meet these, you’ll be invited for a qualifying exam. On the day, carry:
- NIN slip
- Birth certificate
- O’Level result
- One passport photo
Subject Combinations
Whether you’re more into formulas or French, there’s a combo for you. A few examples:
- CRS/IRS – French – Literature
- Economics – Government – Literature
- Accounting – Business Studies – Economics
- Biology – Chemistry – Physics
- Mathematics – Economics – Geography
- Chemistry – Physics – Mathematics

Moving to 200 Level
Your final JUPEB exam decides your course placement. To secure a spot in 200 level at a partner university:
- Pass the JUPEB exam.
- Buy and complete the Direct Entry JAMB form.
- Meet the department’s performance mark.
If you fall short, you can repeat — but you’ll pay the fees again. Withdraw? No refunds.
How to Apply
- Pay the ₦50,000 non-refundable fee through the LASU application portal.
- Fill the online form completely.
- Submit before Friday, 19 September 2025.
Qualifying exam: Saturday, 20 September 2025 at 11:00am, LASUSBAS Campus, Topo Road, Badagry.
Lectures start right after.
