The Nigerian Air Force College of Nursing Sciences in Kaduna is calling for new students, and it is not just for those in uniform. Whether you are in the military, paramilitary, or a civilian with nursing dreams, the gate is open for the 2025/2026 ND and HND intake.
It is one of those opportunities where the rules are clear from the start, no guessing games.
Who Can Apply
The college is strict about its criteria, so here’s the list in plain form:
- Entry Route: You must apply through JAMB.
- O-Level Requirement: Five credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, and Chemistry, in no more than two sittings.
- Age: Between 16 and 26 years by 30 September 2025.
- Citizenship: Nigerian by birth.
- UTME Score: At least 180 in the 2025 exam.
- First Choice: NAFCONS must be listed as your first choice in JAMB.
- Subject Combo: UTME and Post-UTME subjects are English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. If you didn’t write these in UTME, there’s no point applying.
Application Steps
The form is free to download from the NAFCONS official website.
Once you have it:
- Fill it out fully.
- Attach photocopies of your credentials — O’level result(s), secondary school testimonial, birth certificate, certificate of state/local government of origin, UTME result, plus four passport photos.
- Return it to the college.
Screening Details
The Post-UTME screening runs from 8 to 12 September 2025 at the Nigerian Air Force College of Nursing Sciences, Air Force Base, Kaduna.
The college is not selling any Post-UTME form, but you will pay a ₦5,000 non-refundable fee in cash at the finance office for logistics.
Duration
The full programme lasts four years, so it is a steady climb from start to finish.
