UDUTH Basic Midwifery Admission Form

The Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital (UDUTH) College of Nursing Sciences has announced the availability of the Basic Midwifery admission form for the 2024/2025 academic session.

This opportunity is open to qualified candidates who meet the specified requirements and are interested in pursuing a career in midwifery.

Entry Requirements for UDUTH Basic Midwifery Programme

Applicants must possess five credits in not more than two sittings in the following subjects:

  • English Language
  • Mathematics
  • Physics
  • Chemistry
  • Biology

Accepted examination boards include WAEC, NECO, and NABTEB.

Procedure for Applying for UDUTH Basic Midwifery Admission Form

  1. Pay a non-refundable application fee of ₦7,000 through the Remita platform.
  2. Visit the Remita payment portal and select “Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital Sokoto” from the MDA menu.
  3. Choose “UDUTH School of Midwifery” under the service option and generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) for ₦7,000.
  4. Present the payment receipt to the UDUTH School of Midwifery cashier to collect a cashier’s receipt, serial number, and PIN.
  5. Visit the UDUTH Basic Midwifery application page and enter your serial number and PIN to access the application form.
  6. Fill out the application form accurately and submit it online.
  7. Print a coloured copy of your completed application form, which must be brought on the entrance examination day.

Key Dates for the UDUTH Basic Midwifery Admission Process

  • Sales of Form Begins: 2nd December, 2024
  • Sales of Form Ends: 6th January, 2025
  • Entrance Examination (Computer-Based Test): 11th January, 2025
