AAUA Part-Time Admission Form 2026/2027

Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, AAUA, has invited applications from qualified candidates for admission into the Institute of Part-Time Programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The admission covers a range of courses at postgraduate, undergraduate, and diploma levels. The notice also names the study centres, lists the available programmes, states the fees, and sets out the application steps; all in one place.

AAUA study centres for part-time programmes

AAUA will run the part-time programmes through these study centres:

Akure Study Centre

St. Thomas Aquinas College, Akure, Ondo State.

Akungba Study Centre

Campus of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State.

The part-time admission covers professional master’s, postgraduate diploma, undergraduate, and diploma programmes.

Professional master’s programmes

These programmes will run for two academic sessions:

• Master in Security Psychology (MSP)
• Master in Managerial Psychology (MMP)
• Master in Peace and Conflict Studies (MPCS)
• Master in Strategic Studies (MSS)
• Master in Business Administration (MBA)
• Master in Public Administration (MPA)
• Master in Public Policy and Governance (MPPG)

Postgraduate diploma programmes

These programmes will run for one academic session:

• Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management (PGDFM)
• Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Studies (PGDSS)
• Postgraduate Diploma in Public Policy and Governance (PGDPPG)
• Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration (PGDPA)
• Postgraduate Diploma in Peace and Conflict Studies (PGDPCS)
• Postgraduate Diploma in Mass Communication (PGDMAC)

Undergraduate programmes

These programmes will run for five or four academic sessions:

• B.Sc. Accounting
• B.Sc. Finance
• B.Sc. Business Administration

This programme will run for two academic sessions:

• Diploma in Public Administration

AAUA part-time application fees

The application fees are as follows:

Postgraduate fees

Master’s and postgraduate diploma application forms cost N20,000.

Undergraduate fee

The undergraduate application form costs N12,500.

Diploma fee

The diploma application form costs N10,000.

How to apply for AAUA part-time admission

Applicants are expected to complete the process online through the AAUA part-time admission portal.

Step-by-step application process

1. Visit the AAUA application portal.
2. Click on “Advertisement Documents” to review the admission requirements for the chosen course.
3. Click “Apply Now” and “Create Account” to begin.
4. Log in and click on “Payment Method”, then “Pay Now” to select the programme.
5. Complete payment through ETRANZACT using ATM card or transfer via Credo.
6. Fill the application form after payment and print the acknowledgement slip.
7. Use the token sent by the bank to authenticate the payment.

Important notice for applicants

Applicants are advised not to bring printed forms to the office.

Short-listing will be done online. Admitted candidates will be added to a WhatsApp platform, so each applicant is expected to use a WhatsApp-enabled phone number. That small detail matters; the number used for the form should be active.
