AE-FUNAI Inception Quiz 2025/2026 for Second Semester

Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike (AE-FUNAI) has announced the schedule for the 2025/2026 second semester inception quiz.

The quiz will start on Monday, 18 May 2026, and end on Friday, 22 May 2026, as stated in the approved academic calendar.

AE-FUNAI Second Semester Inception Quiz Date

AE-FUNAI will hold the inception quiz for one week.

The exercise begins on Monday, 18 May 2026, and ends on Friday, 22 May 2026; students are expected to take part within the stated period.

Missing the quiz has a direct penalty.

Any student who fails to participate will receive a score of zero.

Duties of Deans and HODs

Deans are to oversee the smooth conduct of the quiz across their faculties.

Heads of Academic Departments will work with lecturers to make sure the exercise runs without avoidable problems, while a management monitoring team will check compliance during the quiz period.

Documents HODs Must Submit

Heads of Academic Departments must collate and submit soft copies of the required documents to the Directorate of Academic Planning.

The documents are:

• Inception quiz results
• 2025/2026 departmental course allocations
• Departmental lecture timetables

The Directorate of Academic Planning will receive the documents through a Google link to be shared.

Submission Deadline

The deadline for submission is Wednesday, 27 May 2026.

All concerned officers and students should note the dates and act within the stated timeline.
