BYSCONS Community Nursing and Midwifery Admission Form 2026/2027

Bayelsa State College of Nursing Sciences (BYSCONS), Tombia-Ekpetiama, has opened the Community Nursing and Midwifery Programme admission form for the 2026/2027 session.

The college has also set out the entry conditions, the online application steps, the form sales period and the examination details. For applicants who want the facts in one place, this notice lays them out clearly; step by step.

BYSCONS eligibility requirements for Community Nursing and Midwifery

The college stated that an applicant must meet these conditions:

  • be 16 years or older
  • have WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB result
  • have at least five credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology
  • present results from not more than two sittings

These are the stated entry conditions for the Community Nursing and Midwifery Programme; the college placed them first for a reason.

BYSCONS application fee and portal

The application fee is N25,000.00 only, and it is non-refundable.

Applicants are to start from the BYSCONS application portal.

How to apply for the BYSCONS admission form

Step 1: Pay the application fee

Applicants are to visit the BYSCONS application portal and make payment of N25,000.00 for the form.

Step 2: Fill and submit the online form

After opening the page, the applicant is to click on “Application Form”.

From there, the applicant is to choose the application type by clicking on “Application into Post Basic and Community Programmes”.

The college directed applicants to fill all required fields on the form accurately. After that, the applicant is to click on “Pay & Submit” and proceed with any of the available online payment options.

Once payment goes through, the system generates a receipt to confirm payment. The slip should then be printed, preferably in colour; that printed copy matters.

Step 3: Revisit the portal to check application details

After submission, the applicant is to return to the BYSCONS application portal.

The next steps are simple:

  • click on “View Application”
  • enter the unique Application number received after form submission
  • enter the Last name
  • click on “Check Status”

That process gives access to the application information and admission status.

BYSCONS examination date, time and venue

The college fixed the examination details as follows:

  • Date: 18th July, 2026
  • Time: 8:00am
  • Venue: College ICT Center

Applicants are expected to appear at the examination venue on the stated date with the required document.

Form sales period

Sales of form begins on 13th April, 2026.

The college directed applicants to bring the original copy of the acknowledgment slip to the examination venue on the scheduled date.

The notice also states that applicants should bring the original copy of the printed acknowledgement slip and payment receipt to the examination, as required by the college.
