BYSCONS Post Basic Nursing/Midwifery Form 2026/2027

Bayelsa State College of Nursing Sciences (BYSCONS), Tombia-Ekpetiama, has opened the Post Basic Nursing/Midwifery Programme admission form for the 2026/2027 session.

For the Post Basic Nursing/Midwifery Programme, an applicant must possess:

• RN certificate
• RM certificate

The application fee is N25,000.00 only, and it is non-refundable.

How to apply for the BYSCONS Post Basic Nursing/Midwifery form

Step 1: Pay the application fee

The applicant is to visit the BYSCONS admission portal and make payment of N25,000.00 for the application form.

Step 2: Fill and submit the online application form

On the new page, the applicant is to click on “Application Form”.

Next, the applicant is to choose the application type by clicking on “Application into Post Basic and Community Programmes”.

After that, the applicant is to fill all required fields on the form accurately. Once the form is complete, the applicant is to click on “Pay & Submit” to submit the application.

The college stated that any of the available payment options can be used for online payment. When payment is successful, the system generates a receipt to confirm payment. The applicant should print the slip, preferably in colour; that one Small step matters at the exam venue.

Step 3: Revisit the portal and check application details

After submission, the applicant is to return to the same portal.

The next steps are:

• click on “View Application”
• enter the unique Application number received after submitting the form
• enter the Last name
• click on “Check Status”

This gives access to the application information and admission status.

BYSCONS examination date, time and venue

The examination details released by the college are:

• Date: 18th July, 2026
• Time: 8:00am
• Venue: College ICT Center

Applicants are to bring the original copy of the acknowledgment slip to the examination venue on the stated date.

BYSCONS form sales dates

Sales of form begin on 13th April, 2026.

Sales of form end on 10th July, 2026.

That application window is clearly stated in the notice; applicants need to complete payment and submission within that period.

Documents to take to the examination

The college asked applicants to come with these items:

• original copy of the printed acknowledgement slip
• payment receipt
