Elizade University Gets Full NUC Accreditation for Law & 5 Other Courses

Elizade University, Ilara-Mokin, Ondo State, has secured full accreditation for its Law programme and five other academic courses.

The approval followed the National Universities Commission (NUC) accreditation exercise held during October/November 2025.

Elizade University NUC Accreditation Update

The university received the approval through a letter addressed to the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Philip Oguntunde.

That letter was signed by the NUC Director of Accreditation, Engr. Abraham Chundusu, and it confirmed full accreditation for six programmes at Elizade University.

For students, staff and other members of the university community, this is a clear update on the status of the affected courses.

Courses That Received Full Accreditation

The NUC confirmed full accreditation for the following programmes:

• Law
• Accounting
• Business Administration
• Human Resource Management
• Computer Science
• Microbiology

Statement From Elizade University

The Registrar, Mr. Omololu Adegbenro, issued a statement on the accreditation outcome.

Prof. Oguntunde commended members of the university community for their shared effort; he also praised the faculty and staff of the affected departments for their dedication and commitment.

The Vice Chancellor restated the university’s resolve to sustain and improve its standards.
