Federal University of Education, Zaria (FUEZ) begins screening and collection of NCE original certificates for 2024/2025 graduates

The Federal University of Education, Zaria, FUEZ, has announced the start of screening and collection of NCE original certificates for 2024/2025 graduates.

The notice came from the Certificate, Results and Verification, CRV, Office. It covers graduating NCE regular students under EZ22 and part-time students under EZPP20 for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Date, time and venue

The screening exercise will begin on Tuesday, 7 April 2026.

The time fixed for the exercise is 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The venue is the CRV Office at A.A. Ladan Hall.

Who the notice covers

The update is for all graduating NCE regular and part-time students of the 2024/2025 academic session.

The CRV Office also stated that the public should take note that screening and issuance of NCE original certificates have officially started.

Documents required for screening

Students are required to come with the listed documents for the screening exercise.

These are:

• A written application letter addressed to the Head, CRV Unit
• Certificate payment receipt
• O’ Level result or certificate
• Certificate Verification PIN or Biodata from MIS

Payment instruction for certificate receipt

The university stated that certificate payment must be made only at the University Bank, ZAFEC.

Any payment made outside the bank will not be accepted. That point is clear; students are expected to use the approved bank and keep the receipt for screening.

What graduates should do

All concerned students are expected to comply fully with the stated requirements.

The process has started, and each graduate is to appear at the venue with the needed documents on the approved date and within the stated hours.
