Seven Up Bottling Company Limited has opened applications for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme. The company says the role gives selected candidates hands-on experience across key business functions, skill-building, and structured training for future growth in the business.

The firm is one of the largest manufacturing companies in Nigeria. It produces and distributes beverages such as Pepsi, 7Up, Mirinda, Teem, Mountain Dew, H2oH!, Lipton Ice Tea, and Aquafina premium drinking water. The company has also moved into the Home and Personal Care category with the 2SURE brand and launched a Hand and Surface Sanitizer.

Departments available

The Graduate Trainee Programme covers these departments:

• Finance
• Distribution
• Marketing
• Supply Chain
• People and Culture
• Legal and Corporate Affairs

That spread gives applicants a clear view of where placements may happen; the list is broad, and the openings cut across major business units.

Requirements

Applicants must meet these conditions:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of Second Class Upper, or equivalent
• 0 to 2 years of work experience
• NYSC Certificate
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Flexibility to work in any location
