Applicants must meet these conditions:
- Be 26 years of age or younger
- Have at least five credits in SSCE, including Mathematics and English Language
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, programme
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree, B.Sc., with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2), or hold an HND with Upper Credit
- Have a valid National Identification Number, NIN
- Have one extra means of identification, such as an International Passport, Voter’s Card, or Driver’s License

- A strong drive for sales
- The ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Confidence in speaking with customers, building relationships and winning business
- Sound credit awareness and strong analytical skills to support quality lending decisions
