Elrazi Medical University is seeking academic staff for senior teaching and research roles.

The positions are:

• Professor
• Reader, also called Associate Professor
• Senior Lecturer

These roles are for fields linked to Medicine and Surgery, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, Physiotherapy, Radiography and Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Academic Qualifications And Experience

Applicants for academic posts must hold the required qualification for their field.

Medicine And Dentistry

Candidates must have any of the following:

• MBBS
• BDS
• PhD
• Medical Fellowship

Nursing

Candidates must have a PhD in Nursing or Nursing Sciences.

Medical Laboratory Science

Candidates must have a PhD in Medical Laboratory Science.

Pharmacy

Candidates must have a PhD in Pharmaceutical Science.

Radiography

Candidates must have a PhD in Radiography or Radiation Science.

Teaching And Research Experience

Academic applicants must have more than 8 years of teaching and research experience.

That experience count is a Core requirement; candidates should reflect it clearly in their CV.

Library Services Position

Elrazi Medical University also invites applications for a library role.

Librarian II

Applicants for Librarian II must have:

• Master’s degree in Library and Information Science
• Minimum of 2-5 years’ relevant experience in an academic or research library
• Proficiency in ICT and library automation tools

Non-Teaching Positions

The university has listed two non-teaching roles.

IT Staff, Software Developer

Applicants for the Software Developer post must have a BSc in Computer Science, IT or any relevant field.

They must also show strong programming skills in:

• PHP
• Python
• MERN stack
• Cloud-based applications

Possession of a master’s degree is desirable and will serve as an added advantage.

Laboratory Technologist

Applicants for Laboratory Technologist must have either:

• BSc in Physics, Chemistry and Biology
• HND in relevant Laboratory Sciences
