UNIBEN Postgraduate Matriculation & Orientation 2025/2026

The Management of the University of Benin, UNIBEN, has fixed the Orientation and Matriculation Ceremonies for newly admitted students in the postgraduate programme for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The event is under the chairmanship of Professor Edoba B. Omoregie, SAN, Vice Chancellor and Chief Host. Professor David Nosakhare Izekor will serve as Provost and Host.

Ceremony date

The ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, 9 April 2026.

Time for the event

The programme will begin at 9:00 am.

Students and guests are expected to be seated by 8:30 am; early seating remains part of the arrangement.

Akin Deko Auditorium
Ugbowo Campus
University of Benin
