BOUESTI convocation ceremony 2026

Bamidele Olumilua University of Education, Science and Technology, Ikere-Ekiti, BOUESTI, has scheduled its 2nd convocation ceremony for the 2024/2025 graduating students.

The ceremony will hold on Saturday, 18 April 2026. The notice applies to all graduands; each student is expected to complete specific steps before the event.

Profile creation for convocation registration

Graduating students are required to create a personal profile on the university portal.

The profile must be created using a personal email address. The university stated that the BOUESTI student email address should not be used for this process.

This profile will serve for convocation registration and application for academic transcript; both steps link directly.

Convocation fee and payment details

Graduands are required to pay a convocation fee based on the payment time:

• N150,000 if paid before the convocation ceremony
• N175,000 if paid after the convocation ceremony

The fee covers several items tied to the ceremony.

What the convocation fee covers

The convocation fee includes:

• Convocation brochure
• Certificate
• Student copy of academic transcript
• Alumni association due
• Two invitation cards for parents or guardians
• Academic gown and scroll

Clearance and gown collection

Graduating students are required to obtain a clearance form from the Directorate of Student Affairs.

The form must be completed as instructed. This clearance process is required for the collection of the academic gown and other items linked to the ceremony.
