Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Long Vacation Training (LVT)/Sandwich Degree Programme of the College of Professional and Continuing Studies, Federal University Dutsin-Ma (FUDMA), Katsina State, for the 2025/2026 academic session.

O’Level requirements for each programme

B.Sc. Ed. Chemistry

B.Sc. Ed. Physics

Direct Entry (DE) candidates (Level 200)
Direct Entry candidates qualify for entry into Level 200 if they meet the O’Level requirements above and also have any of the following:
- National Certificate of Education (NCE) with a minimum of nine (9) points; or
- Diploma with a minimum of lower credit (or its equivalent) in relevant certificates obtained from recognised institution(s).
That is the stated condition; candidates should read it twice so they do not mix up points and grades.
Programme duration (contact sessions)
FUDMA stated the duration in contact sessions:
- Candidates admitted through UTME: 6 contact sessions (1 contact per academic session)
- Candidates admitted through DE: 5 contact sessions (1 contact per academic session)
How to apply for FUDMA LVT/Sandwich (CPCS)
Interested applicants are to pay a non-refundable fee of five thousand naira (N5,000) only for the LVT/Sandwich programme.
Step 1: Create an account
Candidates should sign up on the FUDMA CPCS application portal with a valid email address and phone number.
Step 2: Generate invoice and pay
After login, the candidate generates a payment invoice for the application and makes payment using the available payment options.
Step 3: Verify payment
After payment, the candidate returns to the portal to verify payment (some people skip this and later start shouting; do not).
Step 4: Check email for instructions
An email will be sent containing application guidelines and instructions for creating the account password.
Step 5: Complete the form and upload passport
The candidate logs in with the registered email address and the created password, fills the required forms carefully, and uploads a passport photograph.
If successful, the applicant can proceed to monitor the admission status.
