KASU Screening and Registration Deadline for 2025/2026 Provisional Admission

Kaduna State University (KASU) has notified all candidates who received a Provisional Admission Offer for the 2025/2026 Academic Session through JAMB: the last date for screening and registration is Friday, 23 Jan 2026.

Candidates who do not complete registration by that date will automatically forfeit the admission; KASU says no further extension will be granted.

Date: Friday, 23 January 2026
Time: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Daily)
Venue: Directorate of Admissions and Examinations, KASU Main Campus

Pre-screening Steps on the SAF Portal

Candidates are to complete these portal steps before coming for screening:

  1. Candidates should log in on the SAFapply KASU login portal.
  2. Candidates should upload a clear scanned copy of the JAMB Admission Letter:
    • Candidates should go to the dashboard and click “Edit Application”.
    • Candidates should scroll to the “Document Upload” section and click “Upload” to select the JAMB Admission Letter.
    • Candidates should preview and submit (to save).
  3. Candidates should print the Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip from the portal as proof of completion.

Documents Required for Screening

Candidates must present the following documents (as listed), in this order:

  1. JAMB Admission Letter
  2. Original JAMB Result Slip
  3. O-Level Result(s) (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, etc.)
  4. Valid Scratch Card for the O-Level result used in the application
  5. Two (2) copies of Online Generated O-Level Result (printed directly from the official portal)
  6. Birth Certificate or Sworn Age Declaration
  7. Primary School Leaving Certificate
  8. Certificate of Local Government/Indigene Certificate
  9. Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip (printed from SAFapply portal)
  10. NIN Slip

(Yes, it is a long list; candidates should arrange the papers before leaving home.)
