KWASU diploma certificates ready for collection at CAILS Ilorin
The management of Kwara State College of Arabic and Islamic Legal Studies, Ilorin, has announced that original diploma certificates issued by Kwara State University are now available.
This notice is directed mainly at graduates who completed their diploma programmes through the college and are yet to collect their certificates. The wait is over. Collection begins soon.
When and where to collect the certificate
Certificate collection starts on Monday, 5 January 2026.
Graduates are to visit the Office of the Registrar, Kwara State College of Arabic and Islamic Legal Studies, Ilorin.
Collection days are weekdays only, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. Outside these hours, services may not be available.
Conditions that must be met
Before any certificate is released, graduates must meet all required conditions. These include:
- Payment of all approved and prescribed fees
- Full clearance of academic records
- Settlement of any pending administrative matters
- Presentation of relevant clearance and completion documents
No shortcuts here. If any part is missing, the certificate stays put.
Final note to graduates
The college advises all concerned graduates to come prepared and complete the process without delay. Certificates will only be issued after every requirement has been met.
