Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic has released the approved academic calendar for the 2025/2026 academic session.
The calendar gives students a clear run of dates for summer activities, lectures, Eid El Kabir holiday, matriculation, result consideration, revision and examinations. It is a short schedule, but it carries many campus activities within a tight period; students may need to mark each date early.
NUBAPOLY Academic Calendar 2025/2026
The management listed the following dates for the 2025/2026 academic session.
Sales of Forms for Summer Activities
Sales of forms for summer activities will begin on Monday, 27 April 2026, and end on Friday, 26 June 2026.
The activity will last for two months.
First and Third Semester Lectures
Lectures for new and returning students will start on Monday, 4 May 2026, and continue until Tuesday, 26 May 2026.
This first lecture block will last for four weeks.
Eid El Kabir Holidays
The Eid El Kabir holidays will run from Wednesday, 27 May 2026, to Sunday, 31 May 2026.
The break will last for five days.
Continuation of Lectures
First and third semester lectures will continue on Monday, 1 June 2026, and end on Friday, 3 July 2026.
This second lecture block will last for five weeks.
Matriculation for New Students
Matriculation for new students will hold on Wednesday, 10 June 2026.
The event is scheduled for one day.
Results, Revision and Summer Exams
NUBAPOLY also listed dates for result-related meetings, summer revision and summer examinations.
Exams Ethics Committee Report
Presentation of the Exams Ethics Committee report for the second and fourth semester of the 2024/2025 academic session will hold on Monday, 15 June 2026.
The activity will last for one day.
Summer Revision
Summer revision for 2026 will run from Monday, 15 June 2026, to Friday, 26 June 2026.
The revision period will last for two weeks.
DBOS and SBOS Result Consideration
Consideration of 2024/2025 second and fourth semester results by DBOS and SBOS will take place from Tuesday, 16 June 2026, to Friday, 19 June 2026.
This will last for four days.
ERCC and Academic Board Result Consideration
Consideration of second and fourth semester results by ERCC and Academic Board will run from Monday, 22 June 2026, to Friday, 26 June 2026.
The schedule gives four days for this activity.
Summer Examinations
Summer examinations for the 2024/2025 academic session will begin on Monday, 29 June 2026, and end on Saturday, 4 July 2026.
The examinations will last for one week.
