UCTH College of Nursing Post UTME Form 2026/2027 for Admission

University of Calabar Teaching Hospital, UCTH, College of Nursing Sciences has opened admission into its ND/HND Nursing Sciences programme for the 2026/2027 academic session. Candidates who picked the college as first choice and scored 180 or above in the 2026 UTME can apply.

Those who did not first choose UCTH are not left out. Such candidates may apply after changing their school choice to UCTH through JAMB.

Who Can Apply for UCTH College of Nursing Sciences Post UTME?

The form is for suitably qualified candidates seeking ND/HND Nursing Sciences admission at the UCTH College of Nursing Sciences.

A candidate must have chosen the college as first choice during JAMB registration and must have scored at least 180 in the 2026 UTME. Candidates ready to change their school choice to UCTH through JAMB may also take part, once the change has been done.

Required O’Level Subjects

Applicants must have credit passes in five subjects.

These subjects are:

• English Language
• Mathematics
• Biology
• Chemistry
• Physics

The credits must be obtained at not more than two sittings.

UCTH Nursing Post UTME Application Fee

The application fee is N20,000.

This fee is non-refundable and must be paid to the UCTH school fees/charges account through the Remita platform at any Commercial Bank.

How to Apply for UCTH College of Nursing Sciences Post UTME Form

Candidates should follow the payment steps below through Remita:

1. Select pay FGN and States TSA.
2. Select FGN.
3. Type University of Calabar Teaching Hospital.
4. Select School fees/charges.
5. Enter code: 1000187508.
6. Enter the amount and submit.

After payment, the Remita printout or teller must be taken to the UCTH Treasury at the Permanent Site. The treasury will exchange it for an official receipt.

The candidate should then present the receipt to the Provost at Moore Road to collect the application form.

Closing Date for UCTH Nursing Application

The closing date for application is Monday 10 August 2026.

Candidates should complete the payment, receipt exchange, and form collection before this date.

UCTH College of Nursing Sciences CBT Date and Venue

The Computer-Based Test will hold on Saturday 15 August 2026.

The venue is E-Library UCTH, Permanent Site.
