UNICAL Diploma Admission Form for 2026/2027 Session

University of Calabar has opened admission into its Centre for Educational Services diploma programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The CES diploma form covers several fields, from Public Administration and Law to Marine Science, Theatre and Media Studies, Tourism and Hotel Management, and Education-related courses. Applicants should check the available programmes, pay the required fee, complete the online form, and print the form after submission.

UNICAL CES Diploma Programmes

The Centre for Educational Services offers the following diploma programmes:

2. Diploma in Local Government
3. Diploma in Personnel Management
4. Diploma in Business Administration
5. Diploma in Law
6. Diploma in Social Work
7. Diploma in Environmental Education
8. Diploma in Pre-Primary and Basic Education
9. Diploma in Educational Technology
10. Diploma in Library and Information Studies
11. Diploma in Education
12. Diploma in Entrepreneurship Education

UNICAL Diploma Form Fee

The UNICAL CES diploma application form costs ₦15,000 only.

Applicants can buy the form online with an ATM card or make payment at any bank branch nationwide through the E-Tranzact platform.

How to Apply for UNICAL Diploma Admission

Candidates can choose any of the payment options listed by the university.

First Method: Buy CES Form Online

Applicants can buy the CES form online with an ATM card through the UNICAL CES online payment portal.

After payment, the applicant should log on with the transaction ID and complete the form.

Second Method: Pay at Any Bank

Applicants may walk into any bank branch nationwide and request payment for the University of Calabar CES or Pre-Degree application form for 2026/2027 on the E-Tranzact platform.

The candidate should pay ₦15,000 and collect a payment slip containing a confirmation order number or unique PIN. That confirmation order number or transaction ID PIN gives access to the CES application form.

Complete Registration on the UNICAL Portal

After getting the e-PIN, candidates should visit the University of Calabar portal and select “CES Online Application” from the CES menu tab on the home page.

The next page will ask for the candidate’s phone number and confirmation order number or transaction ID PIN. After login, the applicant should follow the on-screen instructions and complete the form.

Print the Completed Form

Candidates should print the form after submission.
