UUTH College of Community Health Admission Form 2026/2027

University of Uyo Teaching Hospital, UUTH, has announced sale of application forms for admission into its College of Community Health for the 2026/2027 academic session.

Applicants who want to study at UUTH College of Community Health should check the entry rules, form fee, course length and closing date before buying the form.

UUTH College of Community Health Admission Form

Management of University of Uyo Teaching Hospital has opened application for admission into the College of Community Health.

The form covers qualified applicants with a community health background. It also covers degree holders in selected health fields who want the one-year programme.

Admission Requirements

Applicants must meet the academic and professional conditions listed below.

Basic Qualification

Each applicant must hold either of these:

• Diploma in Community Health
• Community Health Extension Workers Certificate

O’Level Subjects

Applicants must have at least five credit passes in SSCE, WASCE, NECO or GCE O/L.

The credits must come from not more than two sittings.

Required subjects are:

• English Language
• Mathematics
• Biology
• Chemistry
• Physics

Professional Registration

Each applicant must be registered with the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria.

The applicant must also hold a valid practising licence.

One-Year Programme for Degree Holders

Degree holders in Health Education, Community Health or Public Health can apply for the special one-year programme.

This route is for applicants who already hold a first degree in any of those listed fields.

Form Fee and Programme Duration

UUTH has set different form fees and course lengths for degree holders and non-degree holders.

Degree Holders

• Application form fee: ₦15,000
• Programme duration: One academic session

Non-Degree Holders

• Application form fee: ₦10,000
• Programme duration: Two academic sessions

How to Apply for UUTH College of Community Health Admission

Applicants should get the application form from the College of Community Health, University of Uyo Teaching Hospital, Uyo.

Candidates must present their purchase receipt before the official form is issued. That receipt matters; without it, the form will not be released.

UUTH College of Community Health Admission Deadline

Sale and submission of all application forms will close on Friday, 26 June 2026.

Applicants should complete the process before that date to avoid missing the 2026/2027 admission cycle.

Entrance Examination

The entrance examination date has not been fixed for public notice.

Shortlisted candidates Will receive the examination date later, as the hospital will contact them individually.
