The management of Federal College Of Education has released the payment and registration procedure for undergraduate students (100 - 400 Levels 2016/2017 Session)

PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS (100 - 400 LEVELS 2016/2017 SESSION)

NOTE: Item 2 concerns ONLY Freshly admitted students (100/200 Level) while item 10 relates to ONLY STALITES.
1. The new session commences on Monday, 9th January, 2017 for all students.
2. On completion of screening, a Fresh 100/200 level student will be issued a Clearance/Authority to Pay Slip. Such student should then log on to the FCES-UI Degree Portal (www.fcesuidegree.com) for payment procedures. ONLY CANDIDATES WHOSE NAMES APPEAR ON THE ATTACHED ADMISSION CLEARANCE LIST ARE ADVISED TO PROCEED WITH PAYMENT PROCEDURES.
3. All approved fees will be paid at once and within the stipulated deadline (See Schedule of Fees below for fees payable and exceptions permitted).

PAYMENT GUIDELINES FOR FRESHER:

STEP 1: Click Here to Generate Invoice for School Fees
STEP 2: Proceed to any Commercial Bank to make payment through Interswith Paydirect Payment Platform.
STEP 3: Evidence of payment of the School Fees should be presented at the Directorate (DIDDIP) for College receipt & collection of Registration Pin and Serial No.
STEP 4: Click Here to create Portal Account

PAYMENT GUIDELINES FOR STALE STUDENTS:

STEP 1: Click Here to Generate Invoice for School Fees 
STEP 2: Proceed to any Commercial Bank to make payment through Interswith Paydirect Payment Platform.
STEP 3: Evidence of payment of the School Fees should be presented at the Directorate (DIDDIP) for College receipt & collection of Registration Pin and Serial No.
STEP 4: Click Here to print course form
4. The College Receipt issued in ‘3’ above with the Authority to Pay Slip will be used to collect Registration PIN at the Registry of the Directorate (DIDDIP).
5. Students are to access the College portal with the Registration PIN in ‘4’ above and proceed with Course Registration Online.
6. On completion of course registration, students are to print out the forms and make six copies.
7. The completed forms are to be endorsed with the Heads of Departments in their respective Course Areas and by the Academic Programme Officers (APOs) of their respective Schools.
The list of the APOs is provided below: 
1) Dr. (Mrs.) A.O. Fagunwa - ECPAE (PES)
2) Mrs. T.A.O. Oladimeji - Education (EME, G&C, GES)
3) Mr. E.O. Gbadebo - Arts (CRS & ISS)
4) Dr. O. J. Ezekiel - Science (Human Kinetics & Mathematics)
5) Mr. I. A. Oseni - Special Education ( Special Education)
6) Mr. O. N. Oladeji - Languages (English Language & French)
8. The duly signed course forms will be submitted as follows:
a) 2 copies to the Directorate
b) 1 copy to each of the HODs (Major and Minor) 
c) 1 copy to the Academic Programme Office (Major)
d) 1 copy to the student 
9. The deadline for registration for all FRESHERS (100/200) is Friday, 24th February, 2017. Late Registration attracts Five Thousand Naira (N5,000.00) penalty which shall be enforced on student(s). This may be reviewed at the discretion of the Directorate and all registration (including Late Registration) closes on Friday, 10th March, 2017. 
10. Registration for STALITES is Friday, 17th March, 2017. Late Registration attracts Five Thousand Naira (N5,000.00) penalty which shall be enforced on student(s). Late Registration closes on Friday, 31st March, 2017.
11. All Direct Entry Students (yet to do so) are to inform their Schools and Colleges to forward a copy of their transcript directly to the Director, Directorate of Degree and Diploma, Federal College of Education (Special), Oyo on or before 10th March, 2017.

* Convocation Fee for only 400 level Students = N10,000.00
* Counseling Practicum Fee (only for 300 & 400 G & C students) = N5,000.00
* 300/400 Level students who so wish are allowed to pay above special fee (s) not later than Friday, 16th June, 2017.
