Study at ABUAD: Apply for 2025/2026 Part-Time Degree Programmes

The Directorate of Part-Time Studies, Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti (ABUAD) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its part-time programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The programmes are designed for civil servants, professionals, artisans, new/old school-leavers and others interested in obtaining a full bachelor’s degree via the part-time route. 

Students enrolled in ABUAD part-time programme receive the same quality education and certificate as their full-time counterparts. The difference lies in the flexible structure and significantly reduced cost. Note that part-time students stays reside off-campus.

The Top-Up Programme supports:

  • Conversion from HND to Bachelor’s degree
  • Upgrade of Third Class or Pass degrees to higher qualifications
  • Career advancement and professional leverage

ABUAD Part-Time Degree Courses

All the part-time degree programmes are fully accredited by the National Universities Commission (NUC) and follow the same standards as the university’s full-time programmes, it also offer admission into: 100 Level, 200 Level and Top-Up (for HND and Third Class degree holders).

ABUAD Part-Time Degree Programme Duration and Structure

  • 100 Level Entry: 4 years (12 terms)
  • 200 Level Entry: 3 years (9 terms)
  • Top-Up Programme: 2 years (6 terms)

Each term runs for 15 weeks and includes lectures, revision and examinations.

Lecture Schedules

  • Application Fee: ₦15,500
  • Acceptance Fee: ₦40,000
