The Air Force Institute of Technology, Kaduna, has quietly rolled out the call for applications into its IJMB programme for the next academic session. The rules are straight. To even stand a chance, one must already have five credits in O’level subjects. English and Mathematics are must-haves, then three other subjects linked to the chosen career path. And later, when the IJMB exam comes, at least ten points are needed to qualify for direct entry.

Every admitted student joins one of six groups, labelled IJMB 1 through IJMB 6. Where you fall depends on your O’level mix and career goals. It is all mapped carefully.
