  • Recent passport photographs
  • O-level result(s) that meet the programme’s entry requirements
  • Application acknowledgement slip from the original online application

Keeping these documents ready makes registration smoother for each student.

After receiving the official Letter of Admission, each admitted student should:

  • Create a personal student profile on the portal as directed
  • Keep login details safe for all future use

Once the profile is active, the student can later log in to see fee schedules, registration links, and other updates.

Registration schedule, user charges, resumption and orientation

After acceptance, students will need to wait for more updates from the university. The Bursary will release:

  • Registration schedule
  • User charges
  • Official resumption date
  • Orientation date and time

Students should check the portal and other official channels often so they do not miss any new notice.

Important notes for all BSUAST applicants

  • Checking of admission status and early onboarding steps start from Wednesday, 19 November 2025.
  • Any act of falsification of records, impersonation, or admission forgery will lead to withdrawal of admission and may lead to prosecution.
  • Applicants should follow only official BSUAST communication channels for all admission news, fee details, or changes.

A calm and careful reading of these steps will help each student move from admission offer to full registration at BSUAST without stress.
