Federal Poly Bida & IBBU Affiliated Post UTME/DE Form 2025

By  Updated on

Federal Polytechnic Bida’s B.Sc. screening for 2025/2026 starts 11th August and runs till 26th September. If you picked the school’s IBBU-affiliated programmes as your first choice—or plan to—this post breaks down what to do and who qualifies.

Bida Poly & IBBU Post-UTME/DE Form 2025: What You Need To Know

If you’ve got your eyes on Federal Polytechnic Bida’s B.Sc. programmes—yep, the ones tied to Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai (IBBUL)—then it’s time to sit up.

The screening kicks off on Monday, 11th August 2025 and shuts down by Friday, 26th September 2025. That gives you a little window to get your stuff together. Not too short, but not a time to laze around either.

The forms won’t come to you in your dreams, though. There’s legwork. Or bike work, if you prefer.

How To Get The Form (Yes, It’s Offline)

No online shortcut here. You’ll have to walk into the Directorate for University Affiliations at Bida Poly.

Here’s the drill:

  1. Show up. No fancy website here.
  2. Pay ₦2,000 (non-refundable, of course).
  3. Collect the screening form.
  4. Fill it—carefully, no freestyle.
  5. Attach all your documents.
  6. Submit it right there. Done.

That’s it. No pin, no portal, no back-and-forth.

Who Can Apply?

Alright, let’s not waste time. You’re good to go if you meet the following:

  1. You picked Bida Poly (IBBU Affiliation) as your first choice.
If not, but you’re interested? You’ll need to visit any JAMB CBT centre and switch your first choice.
  2. UTME Candidates:
    • Must score at least 150 in JAMB.
    • Programmes available:
      • B.Sc. Accounting
      • B.Sc. Business Administration
      • B.Sc. Public Administration
      • B.Sc. Mass Communication
  3. O’level Requirements:
    • You must have 5 credits (Maths and English included).
    • Not more than two sittings.
    • Subjects must be relevant to your course.
  4. For Direct Entry (DE) folks:
    • You need Upper Credit or better in ND, HND or NCE.
  5. Course mismatch?
If your UTME or O’level combo doesn’t match your picked course, you can switch to another course that suits your subjects. No shame in that. Better to switch than to be stuck.

Quick But Important Side Note

Upload your O’level result on JAMB CAPS. No upload, no admission. Don’t say they didn’t warn you.

Need Help?

Someone always does. You can call:
08065517451 or 08032613991.

They should be able to sort you out. Just don’t call by 10pm and expect them to pick like it’s customer care.

Last Word? Apply Early

This isn’t the kind of process you leave until the last week. Start early. Ask questions if you’re unsure. And don’t forget: showing up with the right papers matters more than showing up dressed like you’re attending a wedding.

If Bida is where you see yourself, take the step. Slowly or fast—just don’t stand still.
