What Will Happen Next?
From now on, anyone caught helping or engaging in exam malpractice will face legal action. The Ministry isn’t doing this alone either. They’ve teamed up with the Nigeria Police, DSS, and other agencies. Backed by the Examination Malpractice Act of 1999, they’ve got the tools and the authority to act.
And they will.
Who’s Involved?
Everyone. That includes:
- Students
- Parents
- Teachers
- School heads
- The general public
No one’s left out. The Ministry wants everyone to do their part. If you see or hear something shady around exams, don’t keep quiet.
Why This Matters
The Ministry says Nigeria’s students deserve a system that rewards actual effort, not shortcuts. It’s not just about grades, it’s about building trust in our schools and the people who come out of them.
If we want certificates to mean something again, the fight starts here.
So if you’ve been cutting corners, maybe now’s the time to rethink. The Ministry isn’t just talking this time. They’re watching, and they’re ready to act.
