Kogi State Poly HND Admission Form 2025/2026

Kogi State Polytechnic (KSP), Lokoja, has announced the sale of Higher National Diploma (HND) admission forms for the 2025/2026 academic session. If you already hold a National Diploma and want to move further, now’s your chance.

General Entry Requirements

To qualify for admission into any HND programme:

• You must hold a National Diploma (ND) in the relevant course with a minimum of Lower Credit (2.50 CGPA)
• Must have five credit passes in O’Level (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or GCE) in not more than two sittings, including English and Mathematics
• A minimum of one year Industrial Training (or two years for candidates with a pass in ND)
• All applicants must submit ND transcripts directly from their previous school to KSP
• Extra subject requirements vary by department. For example, science and engineering applicants must have Physics and Chemistry, while public administration applicants must include Government or Civic Education

How to Apply

Here’s the step-by-step process:

1. Visit KSP application portal
2. Generate two RRR numbers via Remita:
   • Admission form: ₦10,000
   • Screening fee: ₦10,000
3. Pay online through the portal
4. Fill out the form and upload your credentials
5. Submit hard copies of all documents to the admission office
6. Ensure your former school sends your transcript straight to:
   
   The Registrar, Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja
