Lagos Business School (LBS) has opened applications for the 2025 Young Talents Programme (YTP). This year marks the ninth edition of the event, and it’s aimed at high-achieving graduates with a clear drive for leadership, research or business growth.

What the Programme Offers

The YTP runs over two days, 25 to 26 July 2025, at LBS. It brings together sharp minds from across Nigeria to learn from experienced faculty members and business leaders.

The goal? To help you gain the right tools and mindset to lead teams, start a business, or even pursue a PhD.

It’s not just talk. You’ll take part in hands-on sessions focused on leadership, productivity and entrepreneurial thinking. You also stand a chance to join the LBS Management Scholarship Academy, which supports graduates interested in research and teaching careers.

Who Should Apply?

The school is looking for:

  • Graduates with a First Class or Second Class Upper degree (or its equivalent)
  • Candidates under 30 years old at the time of applying
  • Those with or without a master’s degree (optional)

If you’ve attended the programme in the past, you’re not eligible this time around.

How to Apply

To join the July 2025 session, you must apply before 22 June 2025.
