Nestlé Nigeria Graduate Trainee Programme 2025

If you finished school not too long ago, and your NYSC is out of the way, this could be your break. Nestlé Nigeria is now taking applications for its 2025 Graduate Trainee Programme.

This isn’t classroom work. You’ll learn while working, deal with real problems, and get support from professionals who’ve been in the game for years. It’s not every day a company this size opens its doors to people just starting out.

Open roles across departments

The programme covers five departments. Each one works differently, so pick what fits you best:

  • People and Culture (this is HR with a warmer name)
  • Manufacturing and Engineering
  • Finance and Control (think of it as the money team)
  • Supply Chain
  • Marketing

Not sure where you belong? Think about your strong points. What kind of tasks make you feel useful? Maybe ask someone you trust if you’re still unsure.

Nestle Nigeria Graduate Trainee Programme Eligibility

Before you jump into the form, make sure you tick all these:

  • You finished school with at least a Second Class Upper or Upper Credit.
  • You’ve completed NYSC.
  • You have no more than two years of work experience.

If one of those knocks you out, better to wait for the next batch.

How to apply for Nestle Nigeria Graduate Trainee Programme

If you’re ready, fill the Nestlé Nigeria 2025 Graduate Trainee Programme application form.

Take care when you fill it. No rush, but don’t sleep on it either. Check your answers twice. Wrong info or errors can push your name off the list before it even makes it to a shortlisting table.
