NMU Post UTME Form for 2025/2026 Undergraduate Admission
Nigeria Maritime University Okerenkoko has opened its Post UTME screening for 2025/2026. Candidates with a JAMB score of 160 and above are invited to apply online before 22nd August 2025. Kindly read further for payment details, cut-off marks, and course requirements.
The clock is ticking. Nigeria Maritime University, sitting quietly at Okerenkoko, is now calling on young hopefuls to step forward. If you picked NMU as your first choice in JAMB this year, and you managed at least 160, then this is your shot. Admission season has officially started.
How To Apply Without Stress
The process is straight, though it does require some patience:
- A non-refundable fee of N2,000 must be paid through the school’s portal.
- Head over to the NMU e-portal and select Admission Forms.
- Choose the Post-UTME option and click to make your payment. ATM cards and internet banking both work fine.
- Once payment is successful, return to the portal, register properly, and grab your login details.
- Print out the 2025/2026 screening slip, keep it safe.
No need to upload O’Level results or passport photographs, JAMB already has those on file.
Who Qualifies
Not everyone can jump on board. The school has set some basic lines in the sand:
- JAMB score must be 160 or higher.
- Five O’Level credits in the right subjects.
- Bio-data form must be filled in carefully.
And a warning, those who skip this screening will not be looked at later. Simple as that.
Cut-Off Marks Course By Course
This part is where candidates lean closer to the page. Each programme has its own bar, and you either meet it or you wait another year.

Closing Date To Note
Everything closes on Friday, 22nd August 2025. Miss it, and that is the end of the road for this session.
Parents are already pacing, students are refreshing the portal, and somewhere out there, a boy is calculating if his 172 score will carry him into Mechanical Engineering. The answer is yes. For others, it might be wise to shift to Marine Economics or Ports Management.
At the end of the day, NMU has left the door open, but not wide. It is up to candidates to walk in. Or as one uncle would say, “No dull yourself, my pikin.”
