Glorious Vision University, Ogwa, formerly Samuel Adegboyega University, has begun its 2025/2026 undergraduate admissions. The Post‑UTME, Direct Entry, Transfer and Conversion forms are all out. If you’re thinking about joining, now’s the time to act.

Who can apply?

UTME Entry

You must:

  • Sit the 2025 UTME
  • Score above the departmental cut‑off
  • Have five O’Level credits including English and Maths (not more than two sittings)
  • You can apply even if you’re waiting for results
  • If you didn’t choose GVU, change your institution on the JAMB portal then complete GVU’s online form

Direct Entry

GVU accepts:

  • NCE (Merit or better), OND, HND or a degree in a related course
  • JUPEB, IJMB or other A’Level programmes
  • Five O’Level credits, including English and Maths
  • 2025 JAMB Direct Entry registration

Conversion Entry

For those switching from HND or already holding a degree:

  • Buy the application code
  • Have five O’Level credits including English and Maths
  • Submit your university transcript

Transfer Students

You must:

  • Have a CGPA of at least 1.5
  • Hold a valid JAMB admission letter from your current school
  • Submit your transcript directly to GVU
  • Fill out the inter-university transfer form
  • Sit a screening interview

Application steps

  1. Go to the GVU admission portal
  2. Choose your entry path
  3. Fill in your correct details
  4. Upload necessary documents
  5. Pay any required fee
  6. Check your email and the portal often for updates

If offered admission:

  • Log in using your application number
  • Pay your school and accommodation fees
