Applications are open for the 2026 Transcorp IGNITE Young Engineer Development Programme. This intake welcomes graduate engineers who want a clear start in the power sector.

The programme runs from January to December 2026 and follows two phases. The first phase is a three-week learning session that gives structured training. The second phase places participants across Transcorp’s power plants, where they take part in daily tasks, real project work, and guided learning sessions. Those who complete the programme with strong results may be considered for permanent roles within the Transcorp Group.

What Transcorp IGNITE offers young engineers

The Transcorp IGNITE Young Engineer Development Programme is designed for graduates who want to grow their skills through real experience and guided support from experienced engineers.
