UNILAG Cut-Off Mark for 2025/2026 Admission Revealed
You’ve done your part—JAMB’s behind you. But UNILAG’s verdict is still in the shadows. Until they flip the lights on, last year’s cut-off is the only thing that speaks. Bookmark this page and keep checking back for further updates on UNILAG cut-off mark for the 2025/2026 academic session.
So, here we are. The University of Lagos has done what it does every year: release a table that either lifts hearts or slams doors. No ceremony. Just figures on a page, but those numbers? They whisper something loud — are you in, or are you out?
If UNILAG is your dream, your plan A, your last hope — or just somewhere you clicked during JAMB registration — this list matters more than any motivational speech you’ve heard all year. Get your score, steady your nerves, and find out where you stand.

Minimum UTME Score Required
First things first: if your JAMB score is anything less than 200, you’re not writing post-UTME here. Not this year.
UNILAG doesn’t do 180. Doesn’t do 199. It’s a straight cut at 200 and above, no favours. And if you didn’t choose them as your first choice, you’re not even in the running.
Also — five credits. One sitting. English and Maths included.

What Comes After the Cut-Off?
If you meet the mark? Good. Now comes the race.
You’ll need to:
- Get the UNILAG Post UTME Form
- Gather original documents
- Prepare like someone else is coming for your seat (because they are)
- Print everything — twice
Past questions help. Always.
Understanding UNILAG’s Admission System
There’s a system. Three, actually:
- Merit: If you score high enough, no one cares where you’re from.
- Catchment: Ekiti, Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Oyo. Being from one of these might soften the score bar just a bit.
- ELDS: If you’re from states considered underrepresented, you might benefit from adjusted thresholds. Might.
But even with that — no mercy if your score’s too far behind.
Faculty Cut-Off Marks for 2024/2025
UNILAG releases cut-off marks by department. These aren’t just guidelines. They are gates. And if your score doesn’t match the one tied to your course, no panel’s giving you a second glance.
Departmental cut-offs vary wildly. Some are forgiving. Others? Brutal.
