How the supplementary process works at UNIZIK

The advert covers students who wish to apply for the listed programmes. UNIZIK noted that intra-university transfer is only possible after two years of study. Candidates who take part in the supplementary round must keep the following points in mind:

  • Check the transfer approval panel on JAMB CAPS often. Acceptance must be done early once the proposed programme appears.
  • Make sure the O level results are correctly uploaded to JAMB CAPS for admission processing.

The supplementary list is wide and covers courses in education, arts, sciences, engineering, management, social sciences, health sciences and other fields.

Key steps for candidates using the UNIZIK shopping portal

The shopping platform is active only at the stated time window and follows strict rules to control traffic. Candidates should read these notes before starting:

  • Visit the online application page for supplementary entry.
    UNIZIK supplementary admission portal
  • If a candidate has already been considered for admission, shopping will not be allowed.
  • Queueing is enabled to manage access. The first 1000 users enter the portal while others wait in a holding area.
  • Each active user has 5 minutes to complete the process. After that time, the user returns to the waiting room so the next set of candidates can enter.
  • A countdown timer will show the time left for active users. Those waiting should follow their queue number on the screen.
  • Candidates can shop up to three programmes. Only one of the three can be a professional course.

These rules help applicants complete the process in order and avoid delays.
