FUOTUOKE is now accepting Post-UTME and Direct Entry applications for the 2025/2026 session. Candidates who scored at least 150 in UTME can apply before the August 8 deadline.

FUOTUOKE Post-UTME/DE Form 2025: Who Can Apply and How

Application Now Open

The Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) is inviting candidates who sat for the 2025 UTME and scored 150 or above to apply for its Post-UTME screening. This also includes Direct Entry applicants and those willing to switch to FUOTUOKE as their first choice.

If you’re aiming for any of the listed courses and meet the cut-off, you’ve got until 8 August 2025 to apply.

Who Can Apply?

You’re eligible if:

  • You picked FUOTUOKE as your first choice in JAMB and scored 150 or higher.
  • You scored at least 150 and are ready to switch FUOTUOKE as your first choice via JAMB’s Change of Institution page.

Steps to Apply

Step 1: Visit the Portal

Go to the FUOTUOKE application portal.

Step 2: Payment

Pay the ₦2,000 application fee using a Verve or Mastercard debit card. The fee is non-refundable.

Step 3: Upload Required Files

Prepare and upload the following:

  • Recent passport photograph (JPG)
  • WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB result (PDF)
  • Local Government ID letter (PDF)
  • Birth Certificate or Age Declaration (PDF)

    For those using two O’Level results, include scratch card details for both.

Step 4: Use Your Details

Use a working email and phone number. They’ll be your contact points. If either fails, the school will not be held responsible.

Important Dates

  • Application opens: Thursday, 10 July 2025
  • Deadline: Friday, 8 August 2025

Screening Schedule

The screening date will be on your printout once you complete your application. Keep checking your portal.
