Igbajo Polytechnic ND Part-Time Admission Form 2026/2027

Igbajo Polytechnic has opened admission for its National Diploma weekend and daily part-time programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The community-owned polytechnic invites qualified candidates who want ND study through weekend or daily part-time options to apply through its admission portal.

Igbajo Polytechnic ND Part-Time Courses

Candidates can choose from the available ND part-time courses across four faculties.

Applicants should read the department list before filling the form; course choice should match their O’Level subjects.

• Department of Statistics
• Department of Health Information Management

• Department of Office Technology and Management

Igbajo Polytechnic ND Part-Time Entry Requirements

Candidates need at least five credit passes in GCE O’Level, WASC, NECO or NABTEB.

The five credits must include English Language, Mathematics and three other relevant subjects, obtained at not more than two sittings.

The polytechnic may grant a waiver to daily part-time applicants who have four credit passes and lack one major subject.

Igbajo Polytechnic ND Part-Time Form Fee

The ND part-time admission form costs N6,000.

Candidates should complete the form through the polytechnic’s website and use a working email address, since first-time applicants must create an account before moving ahead with the application.

How to Apply for Igbajo Polytechnic ND Part-Time Form

Applicants should apply through the Igbajo Polytechnic admission portal.

After creating an account, candidates should fill the application form carefully and upload the required documents.

The required uploads are:

• Birth certificate
• Scanned 2026 JAMB result with a clear passport photograph
• WAEC or NECO result, if available
• Letter of sponsorship by parents

Applicants must upload the documents in JPEG, PNG or PDF format.

Each file must not exceed 100kb.

Documents Needed for Screening

Candidates must print the completed form and submit it during the screening exercise.

The screening date will be announced later; applicants should go with the printed form, three photocopies each of their credentials, birth certificate or sworn affidavit, original receipt and four passport photographs.

Original copies of the uploaded documents will also be needed during screening.
