Deji Alli ARM Young Talent Award 2026

Applications are now open for the Deji Alli ARM Young Talent Award 2026, also known as DAAYTA. The award supports young Nigerians with strong business ideas that aim to solve real problems in society.

The award was set up in memory of Deji Alli, the founding Chief Executive Officer of ARM. It reflects ARM’s long-term focus on social responsibility and support for young people building practical business ideas with social value.

What the award offers

DAAYTA goes beyond a cash prize. The 2026 winner will receive ₦12,000,000 spread over one year. This support covers:

  • Developing and improving a clear business plan
  • Completing a certificate programme in entrepreneurship at the Enterprise Development Centre, Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos
  • Taking part in a five-month business acceleration programme at a recognised hub in Lagos

These steps help winners turn ideas into working ventures with guidance and structure.

Past winners and their work

Previous recipients have built projects across health, energy, recycling, and technology. Some past winners include:

  • Jennifer Esiaba, founder of Mariam Grey Pharmacy, DAAYTA 2025 winner, who received ₦12 million to grow her healthcare business
  • Natima Opuiyo, Chief Executive Officer of Natibo Technologies, DAAYTA 2023 winner
  • Tunde Adeyemi, founder of D-Olivette Enterprise, DAAYTA 2022 winner, known for a biogas biodigester project
  • Tope Idris Sulaimon, Chief Executive Officer of Scrapays Technologies, DAAYTA 2021 winner, focused on recycling solutions
  • Rita Idehai, founder of Ecobarter Company, DAAYTA 2024 winner, working on waste management through technology

These winners show the range of ideas supported by the award, from clean energy to health services.

The award is open to young entrepreneurs across Nigeria, including students, recent graduates, and early-stage founders who:
