NDA Entrance Exam Date & Subject Combinations 78RC
The Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), Kaduna, has announced the date for the screening test and subject combinations for applicants of the 78th Regular Course (78RC).
This post provides essential information for all applicants shortlisted for the NDA Screening Test, including the date, required documents, subjects combinations and photograph specifications.
The names of candidates who scored the required NDA Cut off Marks of 180 for all courses except Engineering, which is 210 will be uploaded to the portal as soon as NDA obtained same from JAMB.
NDA 78RC Screening Test Date
The management of the Nigerian Defence Academy has scheduled the screening test for the 78th Regular Course (78RC) on Saturday, 6 June 2026. All shortlisted applicants should prepare to participate in the examination.
Required Documents for NDA Screening Test
Applicants shortlisted for the NDA Screening Test are required to bring the following documents to the examination center:
- Acknowledgment Form
- Screening Test Admission Card
- JAMB Registration Slip
Photograph Specifications
In addition to the documents mentioned above, applicants must also bring TWO (2) postcard-sized (3.5 x 5 inches) photographs. The photographs should meet the following requirements:
- Show only from the chest upwards
- Contain the candidate’s Name, State of Origin, Screening Centre, JAMB Reg. Number, Course of Study, and Signature at the back
NDA Entrance Exam Subjects Combinations
- Candidates for Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences
Candidates for Arts & Social Sciences are to answer questions in Use of English and all questions in any three (3) of the following subjects that are applicable to the candidate’s chosen course:- Mathematics (Compulsory for Psychology candidates)
- Economics
- Geography
- History
- Government
- French
- Biology (Compulsory for Psychology candidates)
- Arabic
- Candidates for Faculty of Science
Candidates for Science are to answer questions in Use of English and three (3) other subjects according to chosen course as follows:- Mathematics (Mathematics and any two of Physics, Chemistry and Economics)
- Physics (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry or Biology)
- Chemistry (Chemistry and any two of Physics, Biology or Mathematics)
- Biology (Biology, Chemistry and Physics or Mathematics)
- Biotechnology (Biology, Chemistry and Physics or Mathematics)
- Candidates for Faculty of Engineering and Technology
Candidates for Engineering are to answer questions in Use of English and three (3) other subjects according to chosen course in the following subjects:- Mathematics
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Candidates for Faculty of Management Science
Candidates for Management Science are to answer questions in Use of English and three (3) other subjects according to chosen course as follows:- Economics (Economics and any two of Government, Mathematics, Geography)
- Accounting (Mathematics and any two of Geography, Government, Economics or History)
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management (Economics, Mathematics and any of Geography, Government, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Economics or History)
- Management Sciences (Mathematics, Economics and any of Geography, Government or History)
- Candidates for Faculty of Military Science and Inter-Disciplinary Studies
Candidates for Military Science and Inter-Disciplinary Studies are to answer questions in Use of English and three (3) other subjects according to chosen course as follows:- Computer Science (Mathematics, Physics and one of Biology, Chemistry, Economics or Geography)
- Cyber Security (Mathematics, Physics and one of Biology, Chemistry, Economics or Geography)
- Intelligence and Security Science (Government and any two of Economics, Geography and History)
- Military Science (Mathematics, Physics and one of Chemistry, Biology or Geography)
Please note that only those with duly printed Examination Card will be admitted into the various centres for the test.
