Consultant requirements

An applicant must be fully registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria; evidence of NYSC completion is mandatory. Success at the Part II Examination of either the West Africa or National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria is mandatory (or equivalent).

Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiography, and Physiotherapy Roles

Pharmacist

Candidates must possess a Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D.) from a recognised university and must have completed a one-year internship in an approved place. The candidate must be duly registered and hold a current practice licence of the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN); NYSC discharge or exemption certificate is mandatory.

Salary: CONHESS 09 (N2,388,908 – N3,238,831) per annum and other allowances as approved by the University Governing Council.

Medical Laboratory Scientist

The candidate must possess a good Bachelor degree in Medical Laboratory with not less than Second Class Lower Division or credit grade from a recognised university and must have completed a one-year internship in an approved place. Candidates must be duly registered and hold a current practice licence of the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria; NYSC discharge or exemption certificate is mandatory.

Salary: CONHESS 09 (N2,388,908 – N3,238,831) per annum and other allowances as approved by the University Governing Council.

Radiographer

The candidate must possess a good Bachelor degree in Radiography (B.RAD) with not less than Second Class Lower Division or credit grade from a recognised university and must have completed a one-year internship in an approved place. NYSC discharge or exemption certificate is mandatory; candidates must be duly registered and hold a current practice licence of the Radiographer Registration Board of Nigeria.

The candidate must possess a good Higher National Diploma (HND) in Dental Technology with not less than Lower Credit from a recognised school.
