KWCONOO Post UTME Form 2026/2027 for ND Nursing Admission

Kwara State College of Nursing Sciences, Oke-Ode has started selling admission forms for the 2026/2027 National Diploma Nursing Programme.

The college management approved the online sale of forms during its meeting held on Monday, 27 April 2026; the application portal opened on Monday, 4 May 2026, for qualified candidates who want ND Nursing admission at KWCONOO.

Candidates seeking admission into the ND Nursing programme should take note of the fee and JAMB score requirement.

Applicants should use the college portal only.

KWCONOO Post UTME Admission Requirements

Applicants must have credit passes in five required subjects.

The credits must come from WAEC, NECO or NABTEB, and candidates must obtain them at not more than two sittings.

The required subjects are:

• English Language
• Mathematics
• Chemistry
• Physics
• Biology

A candidate who does not meet these subject requirements should not treat the form as a shortcut; the college has stated the required credits clearly.

How to Apply for KWCONOO Post UTME Form

Candidates should complete their registration through the KWCONOO application portal.

Follow these steps:

1. Visit the portal.
2. Click “Application Form / Instructions”.
3. Enter full name, valid email address and phone number.
4. Click “Verify & Make Payment”.
5. Pay with an ATM card.
6. Get the application number.
7. Log in with email address and application number.
8. Complete the form and upload a passport photograph.
9. Print the form and payment receipt.

Applicants should check their details before final submission, especially names, contact details and uploaded passport.
