#Examples
>>> 92 * 96

#Step 1: Subtract 100 from both of them
>>> 92 - 100 = -8
>>> 96 - 100 = -4

#Step 2: Cross add the result to the numbers
>>> 92 - 4 = 88
>>> 96 - 8 = 88

#Step 3: Add two zeros to one of them
>>> 8800

#Step 4 (final): Multiply the results in #step 1 together and add it to the result in #step 3
>>> (-8 * -4) = 32
>>> 8800 + 32 = 8832 (Answer)
