UNIDEL: One-Week Certificate Screening Extension (2026/2027)

University of Delta (UNIDEL), Agbor, has announced an extension for its certificate verification and screening exercise.

The decision was made after a meeting held on July 31, 2026, where the report of the Certificate Verification/Screening Committee was considered, focusing on 300-level students admitted during the 2023/2024 academic session.

  • The extension aims to facilitate a one-week mop-up screening exercise.
  • It will take place during the first quarter of the first semester of the 2026/2027 academic session.
  • This additional time is intended to address unresolved certificate verification and screening issues for affected students.

The university's management has instructed relevant departments to note the extension and proceed accordingly, as outlined in a letter dated August 3, 2026, addressed to the Chairman of the Certificate Verification/Screening Committee.
