Kano State Polytechnic Notice: Full-time and Part-time Online Application Forms

The Management of Kano State Polytechnic has announced that online application for the 2026/2027 Academic Session into various programmes in Science, Technology, Engineering, Management, and Social Sciences will commence on Monday, 10th August, 2026.

All applicants seeking admission into the National Diploma (ND) programmes must have sat for the 2026 UTME and chosen Kano State Polytechnic as their first choice.

• Candidates who initially applied to other institutions but now wish to change their choice to Kano State Polytechnic should visit a designated CBT centre to change their institution of first choice to Kano State Polytechnic.
• Thereafter, they should proceed to complete the online application form.

Candidates with deficiencies in their Secondary School or JAMB examinations may apply for the Remedial and Basic Studies Programmes.

Furthermore, candidates seeking admission into Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes must possess an ND certificate in the relevant field and one year of post-ND work experience certificate.

Candidates seeking admission into ND programmes on a Part-Time basis must possess five (5) credits in relevant subjects.

• Those seeking admission into HND programmes must possess an ND certificate in the relevant course.
• Candidates seeking admission into Advanced Diploma Programmes must possess ND/OND certificates.

Candidates seeking admission into ND II programmes (Direct Entry) must possess OND/ND certificates from recognised TVET institutions.
