Introduction

The Examination and Records Division has started producing certificates for graduating students to ensure they are available for collection immediately after the 29th and 30th Convocation Ceremonies.

Eligible Students

All graduating students whose results were approved by Senate on Tuesday, 4th August 2026, and Thursday, 6th August 2026, need to complete their online Bio-Data Forms for certificate production.

Step-by-Step Process

• Visit the LASU website at www.lasu.edu.ng
• Point to the STUDENTS tab
• Click on CERTIFICATE PROCESSING
• Complete the Graduates’ BioData Form accurately with correct information
• Upload a passport photograph with a white background
• Note: The passport photograph should not have eyeglasses or caps
• Print out the completed form
• Attach a passport photograph with a white background to the Certificate Bio-Data Form
• Submit the Bio-Data Form with a copy of the online academic profile to respective Faculty Offices

Submission of Forms

After completing the steps, faculties will collate and forward these forms to the Examination and Records Division for certificate processing.
