Rev. Dr. Charles Olagoke Fashola, an accomplished engineer, business executive and pastor with more than thirty years of experience, has been named the fourth substantive Pro‑Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council of McPherson University, effective 1 August 2026. He takes over the chairmanship from Rev. Dr. Babatunde Idowu.

In his current capacity, Rev. Dr. Fashola serves as Managing Director of SEACOF Engineering Services Limited, where he provides overall strategic direction and supervises the delivery of innovative, cost‑effective engineering projects.

His academic credentials include:

• Doctor of Business Administration, Swiss Business School, Zurich;
• Master of Business Administration, Ahmadu Bello University;
• Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical), Ahmadu Bello University;
• Bachelor of Theology in Pastoral Studies.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, he is the Pastor‑in‑Charge and District Overseer of the Foursquare Gospel Church in Nigeria, combining ministry duties with his professional pursuits.
